What are your business goals / hopes / dreams this year?

Describe your business ? Who are your ideal customers ? Are you attracting them currently? What resources are you currently using to source clients ?

What specific things would like to cover in your mentoring session? e.g. pricing, branding, promotion, time management etc

Photography related : What editing software do you use? Do you have any specific questions about editing?

Off the top of your head please give me the names of three people in your industry you look up to - briefly what is it about them or their work/brand/ethos you like?

And finally, what about me and/or my work/business made you want me as your mentor?

Full payment is required to confirm your session. Once I have received this completed questionnaire I will email you to confirm a suitable date and send an invoice. No audio or video recording of your mentoring session is allowed. If any materials are provided during the session these may not be shared (including, but not limited to: contracts, notes, pricing structures). Any photographs taken during the session that are shared online (blog, Facebook, etc.) must mention that they are from your mentoring with Maureen Du Preez and be linked/tagged accordingly. Maureen Du Preez accepts no responsibility for any personal injury or damage to equipment during the session.
