What an adventure…
When creatives Skye & Phil were planning their wedding, they knew it could only happen in one location – the white island Ibiza. This dreamy destination was somewhere they had travelled to together for years, creating lots of happy memories – whether in the island’s famous clubs or relaxing by it’s sandy shores. It was a special place for them, and as Skye’s father pointed out in his speech “The couple that parties together, stays together.”
Their wedding took place in the bohemian paradise & natural spa hotel, Atzaro. Set in lush farmland amongst palm trees and white-wash buildings, it made a stunning location for their wedding. Skye & Phil wedding was a true refection of themselves, lots of quirky personal details, DIY art installations and music. It was one of the most fun wedding’s I’ve ever been to, and I think a lot of their guests felt the same – with tons of dancing until the wee hours of the morning..
The fun didn’t end that evening though, as the following day Skye & Phil organised ‘Savage Sunday’ a Funday at beach club Pura Vida. Complete with a DJ lineup involving a number of the guests (the couple themselves), it was a great way to extend the festivities.
After this amazing weekend, I’ve truly fallen love with this magical island. I feel so grateful to have discovered the other side of Ibiza and the beautiful town Santa Eulalia. I will definitely be back.
I’ll leave you with some words of wisdom from the bride herself: “Create a day that is for you both and not just your guests. They are there because they love you and want to experience what you love to experience.”
